As a Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting experienced high performing sales candidates to work at Proofpoint. In this role, you will be expected to do full life cycle recruiting on a high volume of sales requisitions.
- Full life cycle recruiting for our Global Sales organization
- Partner with hiring managers to define a recruitment strategy to find the best talent based on the business needs and goals
- Source high quality candidates through the development and implementation of innovative recruiting programs and strategies
- Communicate recruiting activity, challenges and results with Hiring Managers
- Report on recruiting metrics
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of full life cycle/high volume high Sales Recruiting experience (technology sales)
- International or Email Security recruiting experience is a plus
- Demonstrated business acumen in understanding Hiring ManagersŸ?? needs and applying appropriate recommendations.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent negotiation skills and effective organizational skills
- Strong team orientation, customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced results oriented environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding company headcount and time to fill goals
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system.
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Uncompromising ethics
