Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Service Business Analyst.
This position is responsible for analyzing optimized/managed print services financial and field operations data to identify opportunities and implement action plans to meet and exceed budget goals. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring processes/programs drive the maximum monthly revenue and assist in developing/implementing strategy plans to reduce operating costs.
Develops and monitors reporting processes/programs to maximize Konica Minolta financial performance, analyzes trends and identifies opportunities for improvement
Develops/implements tools and reporting which enable operational efficiencies
Prepares documentation for operation reviews as necessary
Monitors key service metrics by product and identifies inconsistencies, as well as exemplary performance
Prepares and monitors field staffing requirements and productivity modeling
Educates new and current Field Managers on financial aspects of the business
Oversees parts inventory control and expense
Acts as a focal point to resolve customer issues
Assists senior management and Sales in bid process , service pricing and profitability activities
Performs other duties as assigned
Performs required Human Resource related activities as necessary
Performs audits of 3rd Party service billing to include identification of required action items and manages through to completion,
Acts as a focal point for requests to amend service agreements mid-term (provides management with the necessary information to make a decision),
Reviews internal KMBS contact reporting to identify areas of needed attention (sets up project and manages through to completion).
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, a related field or the equivalent
5 years experience in a business support or financial area
Knowledge of field services operations preferred.
Must be proficient with Microsoft software applications.
