Join an award-winning company! Toll Brothers, Inc. , America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to perform various levels of testing of software for enterprise-wide applications.

Use your quality assurance expertise to perform software testing for one of the nation's most respected companies!

Primary responsibilities include developing, publishing, and implementing test plans; writing, executing, and maintaining detailed test scripts; perform tests of new software features and regression tests of existing features; and identifying, logging, tracking, and escalating defects.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze design specifications and user requirements
  • Write, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Detect, open, and track application defects and resolve assigned defects according to QA testing procedures
  • Identify defects and questionable functions; manage and coordinate resolution of defects through to closure
  • Provide daily status of issues and progress during testing phase
  • Provide projections and estimates for assigned work
  • Ensures adherence to all applicable standards
  • Assist with isolating possible problems after implementations
  • Participate in peer review of design documentation, code, and test documentation

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of software testing experience in a dynamic environment
  • 1+ years of experience in an agile/SCRUM environment
  • Knowledge of and experience with software testing principles and software quality assurance
  • Knowledge of and experience with database-intensive, large-scale applications and related technologies (e.g. SQL, HTML, XML, .NET, VB.net, Win2k)
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and processes for software testing / quality assurance guidelines
  • Experience with defect-tracking tools and logging defects
  • Experience in creating and executing test plans, cases, and scripts
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (experience can be substituted for education)
