Our Senior Support Consultant in a post-implementation environments remotely will manage design specifications for code changes in the function of warehouse management software, will accomplish interfaces with client systems and modifications of software, test and deliver those changes, and manage relationships in a continual manner with an established and assigned group of clients.
Approximately 75% of the time will be spent in the investigation and recreation of client problems through SQL query to arrive at solutions.

- B.S. in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years overall software implemention and/or troubleshooting experience.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and/ or Labor Management Systems.
- Experience withg UNIX and Windows environments.
- Experience developing SQL's for troubleshooting purposes.
- Strong oral and written communication with the ability to train end users.
- Strong focus on leadership and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to learn new technologies.
- Average travel to 10%
