Technical Skills

This position is a Thursday-Monday work schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Meet or exceed customer expectations. Effectively participate in project kick off calls/conference calls. Offer input into questionnaire format challenges to PM and to client.

Review questionnaire and relevant project specs to ensure they are ready for programming. Ensure programming is tested and delivered with a 100% accurate link (according to the questionnaire doc) to the PM/client.

Program projects that meet or exceed productivity levels. Provide and meet all programming timelines

Work effectively with the team, Project Managers and with Sales and other Programming members to achieve collective goals. Effectively communicate with PM/client regarding the programming of the questionnaire in a manner that translates the technical into lay man’s terms.

Be the focal point for any programming related questions from PMs, client or programming team members. Act as “go to” person and mentor for junior programming staff. Lead training sessions on specific processes/standards as identified by Team Leader or above.
