We are seeking a driven Senior Systems Administrator to join our expanding NOC team. You must be a self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative. Dedication and commitment to providing the best user experience for customers is key to this role. You will have the opportunity to leverage existing skills and develop new ones while working with an experienced team in a fast-paced and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
Support, secure and maintain server software.
Monitor system usage and performance; undertake routine preventative measures.
Troubleshoot issues working with other departments.
Extensive communication with development departments to understand the systems—what needs to change, why and how.
Understand and follow security best practices. Proactively research hardening techniques and implement them.
Execute project plans as part of a team.
Follow strict operating processes and procedures as it relates to network operations.

Skills and Experience Required:
3-5 years of hands-on Microsoft Windows Server experience, including Active Directory.
Solid knowledge of IIS 6 and up, Windows Server 2003/2008, DNS.
Understanding of the challenges of maintaining and expanding geographically distributed server farms.
Advanced system monitoring tools and techniques.
Experienced with command line and a scripting language, such as Powershell or VBScript.
Basic asp/aspx skills are a plus.
3 to 5 years of hands-on Linux experience

Experienced with command line preferably on Linux and Windows
Previous exposure to No-SQL is a plus

Willingness to take part in monthly on-call rotation with 24x7 accessibility.
