Zycron has a great opportunity for a Sr. Systems BA . The selected candidate will be working with our client located in Nashville, TN. This is a contract to hire position.
This is a senior level position, heavy on the application administration side of McKesson Horizon Patient Folder (HPF). This person will be leading other senior-level BA resources and will have direct contact with business owners on key/strategic projects
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Provides recognized business knowledge in analyzing and collaborating on business opportunities for the implementation of McKesson's Horizon Patient Folder application.
Analyzes business problems/opportunities in the context of requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Recommends change to core IT&S infrastructure, current business/clinical processes, policies, and information systems that provide recognized business value.
Works with other key project team members to define requirements, design the functional solution, identify and escalate project issues, and ensure the IT solution meets requirements.
Identifies impact to other solutions or projects, and works with other BAs and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations.
Extensive Product and Business Analysis experience.
Experience with McKesson Horizon Patient Folder application administration and support activities required.
Understands the BA role, with ability to educate others about the BA roles and responsibilities.
Ability to succinctly communicate verbally and in a variety of media.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership skills working with diverse and complex projects.
Detailed oriented and analytical with good organization skills.
Must have the ability to prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Strong problem and issue resolution experience and create quality deliverables.
Possess good written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels within the organization.
Highly motivated and be able to work independently with little supervision.
Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) certification preferred.
