Zycron has a great opportunity for a Sr. Systems Business Analyst . The selected candidate will be working with our client located in Nashville, TN. This is a 6 month contract to hire position.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Supports gathering and translating of high level business needs into IT requirements Aids agreement, engagement, and management of service levels with business leaders Participates in creation of action plans Supports documentation of customer requirements and development of use cases Gathers customer satisfaction information Obtains and explains examples of effective business cases Gathers information needed for business case justification based on the organization's preferred process Gathers background on key industry segments Documents and distributes suggestions and ideas, with supporting detail Contributes to development of business initiative plans and resource plans for IT customers Assists with managing team to achieve customer value and profitability targets Helps create action plans to achieve financial or performance goals and mitigate risks Understands and follows escalation process for Business Analysis, Quality Assurance and Training issues, risks and mitigation; assists team members in navigating Gathers and translates high level business needs into technology roadmaps Facilitates agreement, engagement, and management of service levels with business leaders Coordinates across all IT functions on behalf of customer Communicates confidence in IT capabilities and product delivery assurance Involves business leaders in design of communications and training Prepares forecasted budgets for customer initiatives Manages the packaging and communications of small product releases, communicates schedule and value Assists with development of long term plans and budgets and helps align plans with product roadmaps and business requirements Communicates with Project Management as appropriate Participates in creation and tracking of IT value metrics Assists with tracking quality metrics and customer satisfaction, providing input on QA plans Communicates with internal financial resources as appropriate Administers defining and mapping of customer requirements and developing and delivering business cases and business value justification Gathers customer input and feedback, distributes input to key IT leaders Utilizes the knowledge and skills of team members Creates and delivers presentations to senior management and customers Assists with charter and contract management Delivers on IT value proposition Brings innovative ideas to account management
Required Skills: Healthcare Operations and/or Accounting Experience
