This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting infrastructure solutions and will apply industry accepted best practices. Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to strategically planning for the growth of the infrastructure, maintaining existing systems, and proactively researching and implementing new products as needed. Ideal candidate has knowledge of all Microsoft products, and experience architecting a secure, reliable, scalable network. This includes infrastructure planning, application support, analysis, design, development, testing, setup, technical documentation, and reporting.

Develop and maintain documentations related to the design, installation, administration, and maintenance
• Integrating, managing and maintaining Blackberry Enterprise and MDM servers
• Architect, implement, and manage a Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010 and Windows 2003/2008 infrastructure
• Focus efforts on automation and optimization by utilizing scripting, monitoring, and performance metrics to develop stronger systems and processes
• Work with various technologies including IIS, NetApp, EMC, VMware, and Citrix
• Manage system performance, make recommendations to improve and implement system wide changes to enhance overall system efficiency
• Design and maintain a repeatable, documented patch deployment methodology
• Provide in-depth technical and design expertise on large-scale infrastructure projects
• Must have demonstrated success in a leadership position Requirements:

  • Highly qualified systems engineer with up-to-date hands-on skills, the ability to design and develop a full range of systems-based product offerings involving Microsoft services
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in a technology position with a broad knowledge of network, desktop, laptop and distributed server hardware and software
  • Granular knowledge of every aspect of Microsoft Active Directory and server roles (DNS, DHCP, Security, NLB, Clustering, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Linux Red Hat system administration
  • Technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards, including LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, FC, and iSCSI
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities, communicating changes in scope and schedule to all parties concerned
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, both in verbal and written modes
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; MSCE is preferred
