Summary of Job:
Warehouse Management Systems Senior Analyst will act as the functional and technical lead for WMS implementations nationwide. This candidate will analyze, design, test and install WM i-Series software (v2010) to achieve project objectives; ensure smooth start-up transition by providing training and support as needed; resolve issues and drive process and materials handling improvements that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
: Develop and implement WMS (manage projects, design specs, develop modifications, etc.)

: Provide WMi support to the Divisions (24x7)

: Assist with other Distribution systems development (Conveyors(MHE), Voice Picking, Labor Management, Transportation Management, Yard, Management, etc)

: Provide training for employees on procedures/systems

: Conduct operations analysis

: Support the Operations Managers, Warehouse Managers, Supply Chain Mangement and Business Solutions Group

: Collaborates with other functional areas to identify system integration opportunities

: Periodic site follow up to identify system and operations refinement opportunities

Required Skills

Key Qualifications and Requirements:
: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related disciplines

: Strong analytical and problem solving skills

: Proven project management and change management skills

: 5+ years experience in with Manhattans Warehouse Management Systems for the iSERIES is required.

: 5+ years experience in Information Systems, Warehouse Management Systems and Technology

: 3+ years experience with AS400 systems, RPGLE, CLLE, AS/400 Query

: Manhattan WMi experience including Labor Management and Slotting a plus.

: Knowledge of wholesale distribution strongly preferred, Wine & Spirits experience a plus

: MS Office and other general desktop software experience required

: Advanced understanding of Excel, Access and SQL Server strongly preferred

: Advanced understanding of SQL required

: Ability to travel (50%)

: Able to communicate effectively at all levels from distribution hourly workers to upper management

: Works well independently and in a team environment

: Perform system environment maintenance (refresh test environments) along with maintaining system purges and rebuilds

: Strong organizational & time management skills. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and change direction on short notice in an effective manner. Do what it takes to get the job done
