QuinStreet is seeking a high-performing, technically astute, and analytics-driven web marketing leader to manage a portfolio of B2B technology news sites targeted at IT professionals. If you have 5+ years of successful B2B web marketing or online media experience in roles such as user experience, PM, SEO, analytics, demand gen, and/or content strategy, we want to talk to you.
Develop, own, and measure strategic business goals for each site.
Scope, plan, and manage online projects to enhance and optimize traffic, revenue, and user experience.
Drive the implementation of best practices in UX, SEO, content strategy, and lead generation.
Investigate site problems, document bugs, and track issues to resolution.
Analyze traffic and revenue data, and develop actionable recommendations based on that data.
Conduct user and audience research to understand and meet the needs of site visitors.
Lead the migration of acquired websites into the portfolio.
BA/BS degree required in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams of developers, content editors, and visual designers to successfully execute on online projects with a high level of quality and on-time delivery.
Well-honed aptitude for writing and prioritizing business requirements for the web, an excellent eye for stellar creative deliverables, and a fluency in effective collaboration with creative and editorial teams.
Sound business judgment and a solid technical understanding of online technologies and best practices.
Excellent project management skills and an aptitude for hands-on QA and bug reporting.
Solid understanding of SEO best practices and a successful hands-on track record of optimizing sites for natural search traffic.
Expert ability and a high degree of comfort with analyzing and manipulating data in Excel. Experience with database query and analysis tools such as Brio a plus.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with HTML markup and web content management systems.
Deep hands-on experience with Google Analytics, WebTrends, and other web analytics tools.
Good understanding of the enterprise software market and B2B technology vendors.
Excellent grounding in B2B demand gen, content marketing, and social media best practices.
Proven ability to drive enterprise leads from the web, including a strong understanding of enterprise lead flow and lead nurturing.
Bonus: Experience working on teams to build and test cross-platform native apps and mobile/tablet-optimized websites, including use of responsive design.
