Must have proven diverse marketing experience at the Senior Manager level
Have successfully managed and optimized a corporate website
Demonstrated online direct marketing / e-commerce experience (display marketing, banner advertisement, email marketing, and affiliate programs)
Strong SEO/SEM skills, with expertise in metrics and evaluation
Manage a wide range of projects, including organic optimization, paid search marketing, blog implementation, link-building, etc. with no hand-holding.
Familiar with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies
Develop specific online strategies to support campaigns and corporate efforts
Previous experience leading social media engagement-goals and strategies
Ability to collaborate effectively in large and small teams
Successfully contributed to company’s financial gain, through online marketing campaigns
Provide guidance and thought leadership within a team of passionate marketers
Manage day-to-day website updates and processes
Oversee graphics and content for projects relating to web based initiatives
Manage site guidelines to comply with LiveOps branding requirements and enforce consistency
BA or BS, ideally with emphasis in communications, marketing, advertising, computer science, or related field
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Web development, program management and/or team leadership within the digital space (agency and/or client side)
Intimate knowledge of CMS including Drupal
Familiar with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Eloqua and Salesforce.com
Overall knowledge of online media and web disciplines including project management, design, architecture, user experience, usability, programming and database fundamentals, with deep knowledge and interest in SEO, SEM, blogs, social media and business analytics
Strong understanding of search engine-friendly web design and ability to make critical design and technical recommendations
Knowledge of process methodologies, theories and best practices in interactive space
Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills are required
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources
Expert in changing technical standards such as HTML, HTTP, XML, PHP, Flash, HTML 5 and CSS
