The Staff Accountant Level 2 handles day-to-day accounting reporting under the direction of the Controller.
The Staff Accountant Level 2:
Prepares & files monthly/quarterly sales tax returns.
Prepares & posts monthly recurring entries.
Works with other staff members to ensure accuracy of posted transactions through AP, AR and Fixed Assets
Prepares monthly financial statements and all related reports including comparative income statement, cash projection statement and special assessment analysis.
Works with Resort personnel on annual Budget preparation.
Annual audit preparation.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Excellent work habits – self starter, detail oriented.
Minimum of 2 years experience with financial statement reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred but not required.
