Provides data entry for student services including admissions, registrations, and billing. Supports the Executive Director of Professional Development in the administration of off-site professional development course offerings, ensuring the proper program and course set-up, registration of students, service to faculty and vendors, and production of grade reports. Performs clerical support functions including word processing, emailing, faxing, typing and data entry and responds to administrative requests. Answers the telephone as backup to GPS staff. Performs other duties as assigned.
Must have information technology skills (working knowledge of databases, computer application skills, Internet accessing skills) and be willing to learn new technology as needed. Must be able to consistently input large quantities of detailed information accurately and consistently. Bachelor’s degree required. 3 to 5 years of office experience, preferable in an educational or a college setting
