Summary :
Catalina Marketing Corporation is recruiting a Staff Attorney for its in-house Legal Department at corporate headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. The Staff Attorney provides legal advice and counsel to executive management, sales and finance. The selected candidate will draft, review and negotiate contracts; manage contract process and compliance with internal contract policies and procedures; provide support to the Company’s business units, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, with a particular focus on digital advertising issues.

Qualifications:
· Minimum 6-8 years’ experience
· Experience with advertising sales, affiliate agreements and technology transactions with particular focus on digital platforms (online, mobile, etc.)
· Prior in-house experience at a technology or internet company required
· Social media and e-commerce experience a plus
· Substantial contract drafting and negotiation experience
· Proven experience with IT transactions

Education:
J.D. Required
Florida Bar membership preferred, but Florida Bar In-house authorization acceptable.
