As a Staff Consultant you will assist organizationsby improving the quality and effectiveness of their internal audit and SOXreadiness and compliancein a number of ways. Working with our engagement teams you will advise and assist in process reengineering and the application of a risk-based approach to implementing SOX standards and improving an organization's internal controls.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the completion of client engagements from start to finish, which includes planning, executing, directing, and completing financial audits and managing to budget.
Conduct the testing of business controls to identify areas of control exceptions.
Gain comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives and utilize that knowledge on engagements and utilize that knowledge on projects.
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and work with client management and staff at all levels.
Work with engagement team to develop and communicate recommendations for business and process improvements.

Qualifications:
0-3 Years of progressive public accounting experience in a medium to large public accounting firm with audit and/or advisoryexperience, Big 4 experience preferred.
Undergraduate or Master's degree with a concentration in Business, Accounting,Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent.
Strong analytical, technical and auditing skills including proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
CPA preferred
This position requires traveling to client sites that are not always accessible by public transportation and therefore requires a car.
