When you start as a full-time team member with the Consulting Department, you will be exposed to one or more of Armanino Consulting's key service areas. Working in small teams and under the direction of a project senior or manager, you will effectively identify, address and implement solutions to client issues. In addition:
Support client projects around business process design, compliance consulting and systems implementations.
Work as an individual contributor and as part of a team to support client work.
Gather system functional requirements, analyze, design and develop, test and deploy mission critical business solutions.
Develop administrative, professional and interpersonal skills to the extent of being able to organize, analyze and communicate with both fellow staff and client personnel in a productive and efficient manner.
Develop an understanding of related accounting, financial and database software.
Demonstrate an understanding of related accounting, financial and database software.

Undergraduate or Masters degree with a concentration in Business, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent.
Minimum 3.2 or greater GPA.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This position requires traveling to client sites that are not always accessible by public transportation and therefore requires a car.
