Under the supervision of the Director of Support Services, the Staff Development Manager will ensure that a comprehensive training program is in place that adequately addresses the agency’s training needs and conforms to requirements of both internal and external monitoring and/or licensing entities. Monitors and facilitates agency systems to ensure training is in compliance with current Licensure and DIDD rules and standards. Assist in the preparation and facilitation for the agency’s Education and Training Committee meetings. Conducts orientation sessions and develops a training schedule for new hires.
Must have a bachelor’s degree with two years of instructional and managerial experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and working knowledge of Google documents are required.
