Deliver one-on-one and classroom training within ADC mission and goals, and departmental policies. Work with supervisor and business office staff to analyze training and development needs for the business office and patient services functions.

DESCRIPTION OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct and/or coordinate classroom style as well as individual training to ADC staff using prescribed curricula.
2. Assist to determine staff needs and design course objectives and outlines.
3. Assist to design evaluation instruments based on course content.
4. With direct supervision, develop instructional methods, job aids, staff manuals and other materials appropriate to specific training needs.
5. Compile reports on training courses provided and maintain training records by area.
6. Assist in the development and subsequent review of effectiveness of specific staff development programs and recommend modifications.
7. Maintain a professional working relationship with other ADC staff and regularly coordinate Clinic-wide training and development efforts.
8. Adheres to all ADC policy and procedure.
9. Regular and predictable attendance is required.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Strong working knowledge of staff and management development and training techniques. Ability to communicate on a professional level. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Windows, and Microsoft Office knowledge preferred, but not required.

CERTIFICATES/LICENSES: None

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred. Education and experience to total equivalent of five years. Experience in medical environment preferred.
