Participates in the world-wide consolidation and reporting of month-end financial results. Participates in the maintenance and administrative support of the corporate Hyperion consolidation and reporting applications. This includes ongoing maintenance, upgrades, development and rollout of software tools and application enhancements. Helps coordinate training on various corporate applications including Hyperion Enterprise and JDE GL Inquiry suite.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Participates in the management of Hyperion Enterprise data load, consolidation, and verification of all divisional and subsidiary month-end financial reporting results. Coordinates, promotes and distributes essential updates and information related to metadata changes. Maintains unification across all Hyperion Enterprise reporting sites.
Performs month-end reconciliation of all subsidiary financial submissions and coordinates the recertification of all subsidiary Hyperion data loads
Assists in the management of end-user relations, including training needs, system outages, changes in application features and application updates.
Performs Hyperion application maintenance while coordinating, promoting and distributing essential updates and information related to metadata changes. Maintains unification across all Hyperion Enterprise reporting sites.
Coordinates worldwide entity and account structure among Hyperion Enterprise and corporate Planning departments. Assists in the maintenance and validates both the management internal and external financial books.
Participates in development and management of the financial applications in an effort to resolve business problems and support corporate reporting worldwide reporting initiatives.
Documents existing system processes for the implementation and ongoing support of newly developed applications.
Troubleshoots installations, manages security administration, modifies existing applications and offers explanation to business use of specific applications.
Assists department lead working with IT group on numerous items including application and client rollouts, hardware requirements and installations, financial application server health and on-going monitoring.
Management of Sarbanes Oxley reporting and audit for Hyperion Enterprise. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Corporate Accounting background. Some experience working with financial applications, reporting, or equivalent a plus. Two to four years of relevant experience.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Experience working with financial consolidations systems and spreadsheet development helpful. ERP solution a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance, related field, or the equivalent required.
