This steady and focused growth has allowed true opportunity for changing lives within the larger communities we serve.Job Description: We are currently seeking full and half time Staff Nurses (RN) to join our new short-term rehabilitation wing; The Redies Center, located within our Evangelical Homes of Saline nursing facility. As the Staff Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents and patients of our Redies Center, along with the supervision of the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Such supervision and care must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.Responsibilities for the Staff Nurse include, but are not limited to: • Supervise/lead Nursing Assistants " Hospitality Aides on wing. • Communicate updated changes to residents ’ conditions to family members. • Daily report to Charge Nurse on residents ’ conditions and care. • Perform daily medication pass and treatments, in accordance to Physician orders.

- Complete and maintain required nursing documentation. • Process and maintain Physician orders.Qualifications for the Staff Nurse include: • Active Registered Nuse (RN) License in the State of Michigan • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening. • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. • A current CPR Certification is preferred.The Staff Nurse (RN) opportunities are full time and half time, benefits eligible positions for the afternoon and/or midnight shifts.
