Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, testing, referring and hiring applicants for open staff positions as quickly and economically as possible. Success requires ability to interface with all levels within the Firm while building relationships and working effectively with internal clients and external applicants in managing the full staff recruiting process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal clients to develop and execute recruiting strategy.
Identify candidate sources based on budget and other considerations. Recommend new strategies as necessary to meet recruiting needs.
Create and update job requisitions within database, PeopleSoft.
Post internal and external advertisements for open requisitions.
Analyze application materials, screen applicants and set up interview schedules with appropriate managers for prospective employees.
Liaison with employment agencies on open positions.
Manage the employee referral process including resume review and follow up.
Evaluate and administer pre-employment tests.
Deliver well-timed recruiting activity updates and scheduled reports to all pertinent individuals, including Staff Recruiting Manager, hiring managers and/or local Human Resources, as necessary.
Foster a positive candidate experience throughout process from initial recruiter communication through final interviews. Provide appropriate follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
In consultation with hiring manager and local Human Resources facilitate offer approval, extend offers of employment, close candidates and generate confirmation letters.
Maintain accurate and thorough records pertaining to recruiting activity, including input and maintenance of Applicant Tracking database.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Education and/or Experience:Required:
Two to three years recruiting experience
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook calendar functions
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
Experience with HRIS system
Recruiting experience within an executive search or staffing firm
Experience with PeopleSoft
