As a Staffing Associate, you will partner closely with Staffing Consultants, Human Resources Business Partners and Hiring Managers at all levels to support various businesses across Level 3. You will utilize multiple systems and tools to perform a variety of duties concurrently, including assisting Staffing Consultants in managing requisitions for compliance, facilitating phone screen and interview scheduling, and arranging travel for candidate interviews, to name a few. The end goal is to help our Businesses deliver exceptional services to customers and provide a superior experience for clients and candidates. This is a robust, challenging staffing role on a high-performing staffing team.

Essential Duties

  • Complex administrative management of requisitions and candidate experience tasks.
  • Management of requisitions for government compliance, tracking candidates at the point of application through to offer acceptance.
  • Assist with on-boarding and closing out of requisitions.
  • Maintain consistent data integrity and documentation in each phase of the process.
  • Interface with Staffing Consultants and candidates, potentially partnering with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers and scheduling screens and interviews for all candidates.
Education and Experience

  • Experience: 2+ yrs
  • Education Level: Associate's Degree
  • Field Of Study: Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications or related discipline
  • A combination of education and experience is acceptable: Yes
  • Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

5 years of administrative or coordinator experience supporting multiple clients. 4 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

To be successful, we need an organized, proactive individual who wants to grow their career in staffing at Level 3. We need someone who can effectively manage a combination of administrative and service-oriented accountabilities, as well as the ability to think strategically and broadly about staffing process improvements and identify areas of process improvement and propose solutions.

Candidates must have outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently. We need someone who can forge a positive working relationship with the Staffing Consultants they support while credibly interacting with clients, candidates and HR Business Partners. Candidates must be able to demonstrate success in managing high volume work while meeting tight deadlines, as well as utilizing systems, tools and processes as part of their daily duties.

Work Environment

  • Government Security Required: No
Sits five to seven hours per day. Stands and or walks one to three hours per day. May bend, reach, stoop and crouch throughout the day. Should have the ability to hear, speak and see effectively to perform the necessary tasks of this position. Manual dexterity is occasionally required. The position may require frequent movement and activity relating to using keyboards, viewing data on computer displays, and communicating verbally and in writing to the needs of others. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Working Conditions: Work is performed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions.
