Lithium is looking for a Staffing Coordinator. In this role, you will partner with our Recruiting team to provide administrative support for talent acquisition in our fast growing company. You will also provide front line support to our hiring managers for any staffing system or process related issues. Initially, this position will be a temporary assignment.

What You’ll Do
The coordinator will provide scheduling and HR operational support, ensuring the success of the recruiting team, while providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This will include frequent interaction with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, human resources, and various other corporate functions. The coordinator will collaborate with recruiters to gain an understanding of job search; acting as a liaison between the candidate, recruiter and hiring manager.
Additionally, in this position you will provide your expertise in internal staffing and human resources systems. You will be actively involved in the creation of the requisition, tracking of activity during interviews and through the offer and onboarding processes.
Schedule candidate interviews in an expedient, accurate and professional manner.
Distribute all interview information to hiring managers and interview team within Outlook Calendar and ATS.
Follow up to ensure the interview team is prepared to meet candidate; ensure the interview process is handled smoothly and in a timely manner.
Provide each candidate with an interview itinerary, directions and recruiting collateral.
Collect and summarize interview results through the ATS.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience, and be available to answer candidate questions.
Meet and greet candidates, as determined by recruiter instructions.
Coordinate travel accommodations for candidate, as needed.
Provide administrative support, including letters, reports, metrics and other related documents.
Attention to detail with a strong, professional orientation to customer service is absolutely critical to the success of this position
Responsible for management of staffing communication processes, including researching and documenting new process improvements.
Manage Employee Referral Program.
Become as an in-house expert on ATS and assist in maintaining job descriptions library and requisitions in ATS.
Support internal and external recruitment events (ie. information sessions, interview days etc).
Ensure the highest standard of confidentially and professionalism.
Have a minimum of 2 - 4 years of HR administration background, with preference in corporate staffing experience.
Ideal experience would be a blend of coordination experience in corporate and agency recruiting departments.
Manage high volume workloads, in a fast-paced recruiting department.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, execute, and complete tasks in a timely manner is essential.
Prior experience working in rapidly growing startup companies will be a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a recruiting ATS.
Strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication; prioritizing and time management skills, with a proactive sense of urgency.
The ability to interact and establish credibility and rapport with candidates is essential
Strong customer service orientation
Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently.
Excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
AA, BA or BS Degree preferred
