The Staffing Coordinator works closely with Nursing Management to ensure appropriate staffing coverage for the Nursing Units. Reviews staff schedules, identifies variances to staffing matrix and contacts nursing staff for coverage or schedule adjustment. Monitors attendance records and assists with payroll edits. Sedentary position requiring heavy phone usage. Performs clerical functions for the Nursing Department.
