As a staffing sales executive you will:

* Drive business development and account management.
* Relationship building with tier 1 * tier 2 vendors to market our bench candidates too.
* Creation and execution of client specific acquisition strategies
* Account penetration and retention
* Performance of customer needs analyses and development of account strategies
* Build relationships with key IT personnel to understand and identify small to mid-size projects.
* Create/ compile all necessary documentation for vendorship RFPs/ bidding etc. from scratch.
* Maintain client relationships and groom the existing marketing team to serve such clients.
* Have a basic understanding and exposure to all latest/legacy software/hardware/technologies and also the ability to understand/ adapt to new technologies.
* Work with our team of recruiters and employ techniques to improve the process of finding the right candidates for specific IT requirements.
* Be flexible and show a proven ability to work with people at all levels.
* Have a broader knowledge of the IT market with the ability to anticipate future service areas or growth sectors

Hiring Requirements/Preferences:
* You must have had 5-7 years’ experience driving staffing business or IT Recruitment
* IT Staffing Sales experience is nice to have
* Bench selling experience is nice to have
* MUST have done staffing around ERP Solutions like SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Web Technologies, Project Management, Program Management
* Must have worked on some enterprise accounts for staffing business.
* Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and client presentations within a professional business-to-business sales organization
* Demonstrated understanding of recruiting and sales processes.
* Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead by example.
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Four year degree or equivalent experience.
* Generate preset target revenues primarily through staff augmentation for such accounts
