We are seeking a Staffing Manager for our talent sourcing team. You will help us build a scalable recruiting environment while working closely with our business and staffing partners to develop creative, innovative and effective external recruiting strategies. The successful candidate will lead a team of talent sourcers chartered with sourcing and qualifying great talent and will be responsible for building and executing against a successful staffing strategy for one of the most exciting spaces, yet competitive, landscapes. This leadership role will partner closely with the business, CoEs and Staffing Manager/Directors to effectively acquire top talent and people resources to realize the organization’s objectives.

Job Responsibilities include:
Strong people leader who is capable of building, mentoring/coaching and leading a high-performance team.
•Develop, influence, execute and manage sourcing strategies for pipeline based sourcing, event sourcing and long-term candidate engagement.
•Engage with Talent Sourcers, Staffing Consultants, Staffing Managers and the business to understand critical talent gaps, ongoing pipeline needs and competitive response initiatives.
•Drive efforts to cultivate relationships with key candidates and specific talent sets, defined according to long-term initiatives and direction of the organization & client businesses.
•Lead specialized staffing programs to address unique needs, including variable hiring volume and diverse slate development.
•Understand and track the competitive landscape and competitive intelligence to inform strategic sourcing plans.
•Manage the tracking of prospects in CRM and report metrics for pipeline health, workflow activity and hires.
•Make others great by sharing creative sourcing skills among the broader staffing team including Microsoft Sourcing Community Network.
•Champion a oneMicrosoft approach to sourcing and talent sharing.
Skills/Qualifications:
•BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
•7+ years of sourcing experience (3 years of management experience) for engineering roles in software industry highly preferred
•Deep passion and expertise in sourcing for passive candidates using nontraditional tools
•Ability to effectively interface and develop internal partnerships and collaborative opportunities
•Ability to meet standard measurements of success for staffing such as, annual hiring and pipeline conversion goals
