This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in the continued growth of Google's Global Business Organization, specifically supporting our Enterprise business. You will join the Americas staffing leadership team where you will partner with other functional leaders and peers to develop and drive a recruiting team with the overall aim of enabling Google to recruit and hire exceptional talent. You need to be an excellent leader with in-depth recruiting experience and will be required to develop relationships across the organization, working collaboratively with clients, peers, and central teams.

Partner effectively with executive clients to define and lead their global talent acquisition strategy.

Contribute to the regional staffing leadership team running a large complex operation.

Manage and develop a team of exceptional recruiters ensuring each team member's personal growth and career development.

Create value for Google by driving change across high impact programs.

Use data effectively to tell rich, meaningful stories.

Minimum Qualifications

5 years of experience of leading teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven ability to develop employees and maximize individual and team performance while maintaining a fun working environment.

Personal accountability, integrity, credibility and is a role model for others.

Ability to drive efforts and projects through influence, relationships, and broad knowledge base.

Proven track record of developing and leading highly effective teams.

Strong track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as a leader.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
