DESCRIPTION

Staffing Manager
Location: Green Bay, WI

Communications Engineering Company (CEC), a premier technology integrator, is looking for a Staffing Manager. Responsible for carrying out the Company's mission, goals and objectives as established by the Vice President of Operations; develops strategic plans and directions for the branch operations; established short and long term financial and operational objectives for the branches; works closely with the Vice President of Operations to provide appropriate guidance for branch operations.

DUTIES

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensures department personnel are operating optimally and at peak efficiency according to functional roles. Including; technical cross training, performance evaluations, compensation reviews, employee development, coaching and motivating.
  • Manages administrative functions to assure accurate financial controls, recordkeeping, and reporting procedures are maintained, including; office expenses, inventory, time tickets, billing and labor forecast for each month (2-3 month projections).
  • Ensures safety and risk management policies and practices are regularly reviewed and maintained at a consistently high level.
  • Ensures internal and external communications are consistently carried out with the highest level of importance.
  • Ensures the branch activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state and federal regulation and laws governing business operations.
  • Serves as an active member of the management team, attending meetings, providing input on CEC strategic alliances, directions, policies, and procedures conducts research when needed and presents findings, assists in the development of CEC annual budget, plans, and objectives.
  • Managing CEC internal training program.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two year degree from an accredited college or university with course work in business, communications, or engineering or substitute 2 years pertinent experience for each year of education plus 2 years working experience in a large corporation in a lead or manager role in a communications environment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and provide personal vehicle.
