Summary: The Staffing Manager will be implementing and improving processes to ensure quality candidates are identified in a fast paced, global and growing environment.

ESSENTIAL TASKS & DUTIES:
Partner with the HR Team, Executives and Directors to develop annual staffing strategies for current and future needs

Develop and lead the implementation of a global staffing plan to proactively identify candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future positions.

Develop hiring targets and ensure the achievement of those targets at the regional and global level and increase efficiencies.

Ensure that staffing efforts are in compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.

Manage the beginning to end staffing process within the regional or global program.

Troubleshoot Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) and continuously identify enhancements to streamline the recruiting process.

Develop screening tools to identify technical and behavioral competencies and skill sets of candidates.

Act as a consultant to senior management on the development of broad strategy and policies where there is a staffing impact.

Train hiring managers on the staffing process and policies.

Maintain strong relationships with HR and the business management team to ensure staffing strategy is aligned with business needs.

Identify and Manage third party vendors and negotiate staffing contracts.

Develop and manage college relations and recruiting in partnership with Retail Career Development Program and Design Recruitment Program.

Education & Experience:
Minimum requirements include Undergraduate degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of staffing experience dealing with international recruiting. The ideal candidate will be experienced implementing recruitment process and procedures using an Applicant Tracking System (Taleo experience preferred), working with all levels of the organization including professionals and executives, have experience staffing in a fast passed, professional environment and experience dealing with candidate recruitment in multiple Countries.

Knowledge & Skills:
Demonstrated strong service orientation with attention to detail and follow through necessary. Incumbent must be able to work with confidential information and must consistently exercise good judgment in dealing with a variety of situations and issues.

Excellent oral and written command of the English language required. Experience working in a global environment strongly preferred, with a strong knowledge of country specific staffing regulations.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information using multimedia and responding to questions from candidates, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and financial budgeting.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills

Advanced MS Office skills Must be PC proficient and have an aptitude for working with a variety of computer systems/applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.) Prior experience working with maintaining a LMS.

required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Ability to travel up to 20% including domestic and international travel.
