This role with partner with the Director – Global Staffing & HRIS in creating the overall global recruitment strategies and processes to meet the workforce planning initiatives. This position will assist in setting direction and manage the day to day operations of a small U.S. recruitment team that includes university relations. It will develop and execute pro-active staffing strategies that are consistent with the business goals and objectives. Will analyze and project the talent requirements of the company and proactively generate the necessary talent pipelines to ensure future headcount requirements are met. A large portion of this role is full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding and the ability to close critical, hard to fill requisitions; which requires forming excellent relationships with hiring managers and senior management as well as candidates. Responsible for maintaining that recruiting metrics are tracked and measured, providing regular reporting on the performance hiring outcomes of the organization. Own and improve social media approaches as related to hiring while collaborating with the marketing communications team to align with the corporate brand. Will also work closely with the corporate controllers and finance organization regarding forecasting, budgeting and expenses of headcount activities.
Required Qualifications Include:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology
-Eight years semiconductor technology, full life cycle recruiting with a minimum of five years team leadership background
-Technically savvy with state of the art search and advanced sourcing/recruiting methodologies
-Proficiency with automated applicant tracking and Microsoft Office applications
-Working knowledge of US Immigration & Labor Certification activities a plus
-A strong customer focus and influencing skills with the ability to quickly build hiring manager relationships that foster trust and confidence
-Well organized, able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and ability to remain focused on pressure
