TI is currently recruiting for an experienced staffing technology operations manager to lead recruiting systems optimization from our worldwide headquarters in Dallas, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of something big! Primary responsibilities in this role:
•Ensure that recruiting technology meets the needs of the global recruiting organization and full utilization from our global partners
•Identify, recommend, and implement business process solutions related to staffing operations while constantly striving to maximize process efficiencies and minimize quality and compliance issues
•Manage day-to-day relationships with primary systems vendors, (Background Screens, Immigration, etc.) including SLAs and resolve issue escalations.
•Identify and implement improvements to recruitment technology and additional tools to enhance recruiting productivity and meet the needs of the global recruiting organization
•Analytical and project management skills to interpret business needs, evaluate and reconcile information coming from multiple sources, and translate into system/application requirements.
•Lead and project manage a variety of projects in various sizes within Recruiting Operations.
•Effectively collaborate with diverse groups including worldwide partners, business, vendors, and technology teams
•Communicate with and influence global staffing partners
•Awareness of system limitations and principles that guide/drive business solutions (eg recruitment compliance)
•Ability to analyze tradeoffs between system usability and performance needs within a global context.
•Strong understanding and continuous learning of Kenexa 2xBrassRing functionality and configurability
•Provide continuing education and support to end users
•Develop and deliver key recruiting metrics and reports (recruiter and vendor performance) to ensure that the staffing organization is meeting the needs of its internal clients and the company's talent strategy
•Continuous auditing of recruitment practices to ensure compliance at both local and countrylevels
•Solid understanding of staffing life cycle from university recruiting, business recruiting, immigration, work authorization, candidate on-boarding, thru new hire orientation
•Mentor and support team of staffing coordinators and associated back office staffing support
•Create & maintain System and Process Documentation/Training and change control procedures

•Bachelors +5 years recruiting life cycle experience
•Minimum of 5 years experience leading support teams; proven strong leadership skills
•Kenexa 2x BrassRing® or similar ATS experience
•Proven track record in project management and expert in various project management methodologies/tools (e.g. Visio, MS Project)
•Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities are required with extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
•Ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical audience; and identify opportunities to use technology to automate processes and various data analytics processes
•Global deployment experience with recruiting technologies and programs with a thorough understanding of recruiting life cycle
•Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
•Strong leadership skills with excellent written and verbal communications skills
•Travel required
