Coordinates and manages all staffing related activities associated with hiring candidates for CSX from requisition posting to requisition close.
Primary Activities and Responsibilities:
Build relationships with candidates, internal team members, business partners and vendors.
Ensure all hiring/onboarding processes are complete and in compliance.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Initiate and process all new hire paperwork, maintain files, create and interpret reports, and other pertinent human resource records.
Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager.
High School diploma/GED from an accredited institution required
1 or more years of non-supervisory experience required in a Staffing Environment
In addition to meeting the above qualifications, any of the following are preferred:
Associates degree from an accredited institution
Certifications/Licenses: Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of core staffing processes
Knowledge of Human Resource compliance related issues
Customer service skills
Written and oral communication skills
Microsoft Office skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
