Join Boston Children’s Hospital’s Nurse Recruitment Department as a Staffing Specialist!
The Staffing Specialist closely supports recruiters in a wide array of functions. We are looking for a pro-active individual with a strong interest in the staffing functions of one of the best pediatric medical institutions in the United States.
The position calls for an individual with solid HR administrative experience and the desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will want to learn the operations of a dynamic Children's department from many angles.
-Provide administrative support for the recruiting function.
-Act as a resource for internal and external callers on the employment process and recruiting policies and procedures.
-Coordinate the on-boarding process for new hires, including drafting new hire letters and scheduling health screenings and appropriate orientations.
-Open job requisitions within our Applicant Tracking System.
-Prepare meeting reports/documents/presentations.
-Process payment of invoices.
-Responsible for tracking the budget and spending for Nurse Recruitment.
-Participate in Career Fairs and Open Houses.
-Bachelors strongly preferred.
-1-2 yrs of Staffing or HR experience required.
-Experience in all Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
-Experience scheduling meetings/appointments in Outlook is essential for this position.
