Responsible for maintaining the daily scheduling/staffing system and needs of Central Processing Center. Daily interaction with CPC management to maintain and adjust for accurate staff schedules.

Maintains current documentation for all DMV requirements for driver positions.

Work with our contracted transportation vendor.

Coordinates supply and instrument needs with Inventory Specialist.

Assist in putting supplies away and keeping work areas stocked.

Job Qualifications:

Required: H.S. Diploma. Strong computer skills. Ability to use staffing software. Critical thinking and high level of communication skills. Ability to work independently and to provide excellent customer service.

IAHCSMM CRCST certification is required within 12 months to continue employment.

Two years of supervisory/management experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Sterile Processing or Surgery.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Ability to lift 25-34 lbs frequently, 35-50 lbs occasionally.

Push carts to 50lbs occasionally. Exposure to machinery, chemicals, and infectious materials.
