PSA Healthcare is seeking an energetic self-starter to join the team as a Staffing Specialist.
We are looking for a sales and management oriented individual who will be responsible for staffing operations in our Buffalooffice.
Responsibilities of this position include:
Being aware of the skills and limitations of field staff in collaboration with clinical personnel
Consistently counseling field staff, as indicated and/or directly related to performance and attitude
Properly documenting and maintaining objective relationship with staff
Demonstrating knowledge and adherence to the policies and procedures of company, and holding staff accountable
Maintaining active involvement with issues of cost containment, effectively utilizing staff within staffing guidelines
Demonstrating an ability to identify and solve problems with initiative and good judgment
Maintaining rapport with clients, effectively promoting harmonious interpersonal relationships
Striving to meet deadlines on special projects assigned
