We are looking for top talent to join our team as a Staffing Specialist. In this role, your day will be anything but routine! Each day offers new challenges and the ability to use your excellent customer service skills to make it a positive experience for candidates.
On a daily basis, you can expect to:
-Schedule interviews for both internal and external candidates, including the arrangement of more complex travel, flights, itineraries and miscellaneous accommodations
-Coordinate both Corporate and Field new hires and conducting new employee on-boarding (I-9) process
-Review background check results for new hires
-Partner with multiple business areas across the organization in researching, analyzing, consulting and troubleshooting recruiting related items

Qualifications: Although we prefer candidates with at least one to two years of experience in recruiting or scheduling, successful candidates are required to have the following:
-Associate degree or 4 years work experience required, with additional work experience preferred
-Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, decision making, attention to detail, conflict resolution, negotiation, strategic thinking and problem solving.
-Ability to balance working independently with working in a team environment to meet customer needs and achieve overall department goals.
-Advanced abilities in scheduling/calendaring in Outlook preferred.
