The Staffing Specialist will be on the Wealth Brokerage and Retirement Recruiting team for Wells Fargo Advisors, specifically in support of the Financial Advisor in Training program.
Partner with and provide recruiting assistance to Recruiters and HR Consultants for Wells Fargo Advisors while effectively managing multiple client needs.
Leverage organizational skills heavily to manage end-to-end recruiting process; pre-screen candidate resumes, coordinate interviews, manage background checks and generate offer letters.
Administer and complete necessary background investigations, partnering with Background Screening Compliance Team and/or Background Screening Vendor when necessary.
Generate acceptance letters and new information. Provide recruiter, hiring manager and candidate support throughout recruitment and on-boarding process.
Provide direction and coaching to team members, applicants and hiring managers around job posting and hiring policies, processes and timelines. Possess the ability to explain employee policies to candidates (i.e. Time Away, Performance Management, Pay Practices, etc.)
Assist in maintaining recruiting activities in Online Recruiting as well as manage integrity of job requisition files to ensure compliance with OFCCP and Corporate guidelines as needed.
Demonstrate confidence and develop effective working relationships with individuals at all levels within the corporation.
3+ years clerical experience or 1+ years recruiting experience.
2+ years of experience using MS Outlook, Excel, and Word at a moderate to advanced skill level.
2+years of proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
Demonstrated experience partnering effectively with a high performing team in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated experience with problem resolution in a fast-paced environment.
At least one year of proven ability to collaborate with colleagues and leverage extensive internal network.
Recruiting experience and recruiting background within a financial services environment.
Skilled with Staff Management and Online Recruiting systems. Skilled with MS Powerpoint.
