We are currently recruiting for a Statement Review Specialist in our Atlanta Retail Division.

Essential Functions
  • Log, manage and maintain vendor statement responses in proprietary tracking system
  • Reviewing and keying of pertinent financial information
  • Verify and document financial documents received meet client criteria
  • Create and submit approval requests. Follow-up via email or telephone
  • Monitor open items daily, in an effort to collect dollars on our clients’ behalf
  • Research, update and maintain vendor contacts
  • Create claim package, including pertinent supporting documentation
  • Prepare and submit claim batches to respective audit teams
  • Maintain the organization of and archive of claim documentation
  • Work with onsite auditors to resolve unanticipated issues
  • Perform miscellaneous duties, as assigned in a highly professional manner

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Possess a thorough understanding of accounts receivable and payable processes, including vendor statements, aging reports and invoice activity
  • Ability to consistently manage a large number of repetitive tasks - in an organized and timely manner
  • Ability to efficiently save, move and organize electronic files within MS Access
  • Ability to key pertinent financial information quickly and accurately
  • Ability to consistently follow Connolly and client specific business practices and policies
  • Ability to maximize vendor responses, and communicate results to management
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness and tenacity to solicit contact information via telephone
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent PC knowledge and skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Access)
  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships
  • Previous collections/Accounts Receivable experience
