East West Bank Senior Customer Service Representative (SCSR) & In-Store Banker (IB) East West Bank is currently seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative (SCSR) and In-Store Banker (IB), to be the frontline representatives who process transactions and introduce bank’s products/services at the teller line.
Duties (not limited to):
Demonstrate East West Bank’s Vision, Mission and Values through words and actions.
Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently by following operation policies and procedures.
Comply with Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley (Private) and Fair Lending regulations when opening accounts, maintaining profiles, and conducting financial transactions.
Enhance customer satisfaction by warmly greeting customers, consistently engaging and connecting with customers, using customer’s name throughout transactions and using rapport building conversation when conducting teller transactions.
Identify customer’s needs by listening and observing customer transactions and historical information.
Inform customers about the features and benefits of Bank’s products/services based on customer’s financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Make product recommendation and close the sale when customer accepts the offer.
Strengthen business partnership to provide optimal customer experience and maximize sales opportunities to retain and grow profitable customer base by working closely with RBM, RABM, or PB.
Willing to work flexible or extended working hours to meet business needs.
