What you’ll do:
Be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the store, including P&L
Lead, train and motivate a team of customer service representatives and assistant managers
Ensure that the store meets all operating objectives, sales and financial goals
Develop strong business connections in the community
Continually raise expectations in customer service
At least two years’ management experience in check cashing, lending, rent-to-own, banking, retail, fast food, grocery or consumer finance
High-energy, proven leadership talents
Very strong customer service skills
Good verbal/written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
English/Spanish speaking is a plus for this position
