PLS is looking for experienced Store Managers . We offer exciting opportunities for ambitious, self-starting, inspiring leaders.
What you’ll do:
You’ll be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the store, managing employees and reporting to a District Manager. You’ll have P&L responsibilities, and will lead, train and motivate a store team that continually seeks to raise expectations.
Requirements
What we need from you:
At least two years’ management experience in check cashing, lending, rent-to-own, banking, retail, fast food, grocery or consumer finance
Proven leadership and communication talents
Very strong customer service skills
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
English/Spanish speaking is a plus for this position
