Shoes for Crews is recruiting for self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results producing RETAIL STORE MANAGER to join our team for our new store opening in Orlando, Florida. The Store Manager is responsible for overall management of the store. The Store Manager executes company policies and procedures required to manage a Shoes for Crews store, and exceed annual sales and profitability expectations. Responsibilities include: sales management, customer satisfaction, profit and loss, inventory management, training/development, and store presentation.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years of high volume retail management experience

Proven track record in sales generation

Must maintain a high level of customer service

Ability to lead, develop, manage, and motivate

Strong communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of audiences

Must exercise discretion and judgment

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to work evenings and weekends; regular attendance required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Point of Sales (POS) system
