The Store Manager is responsible for overall management of the store. The Store Manager executes company policies and procedures required to manage a Shoes for Crews store, and exceed annual sales and profitability expectations. Responsibilities include: sales management, customer satisfaction, profit and loss, inventory management, training/development, and store presentation.
Minimum 3 years of high volume retail management experience
Proven track record in sales generation
Must maintain a high level of customer service
Ability to lead, develop, manage, and motivate
Strong communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of audiences
Must exercise discretion and judgment
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work evenings and weekends; regular attendance required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Point of Sales (POS) system
