We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Administrator to support the Director of Sales and management team of field sales. The selected candidate will lead a series of projects and initiatives aimed at providing our field sales team with the tools, information and follow up required to perform their day-to-day operations. He/she will also participate in multidisciplinary projects supporting other teams and/or Project Managers throughout the organization.
Provide Sales Management Team with in depth, timely and periodic data and analysis to support decision making at the region, store and agent levels so that goals are met or exceeded, including 6 month's review of agent performance.
Work on a daily basis with District Managers, IT and other support teams to ensure all locations are staffed and operating at an optimal level
Work with the Engineering and Analytics team on implementing new management tools
Understand, monitor and track adherence to company policies including
Assist Managers and HR with the on-boarding process of agents
Cash management and system use policies
Monitors time card adjustments
Monitors Over time, lunches and breaks
Provides compliance reports to Director, Territory and District Managers
Manage the expense report process for the field sales department including:
Reviews and Verifies purchase orders meet department budget/expense guidelines
Reviews and Verifies that DSM reports meet guidelines, format and deadlines
Maintain collaborative and productive internal relationships with management and teams across functional areas to resolve day to day issues and develop new products
Work on ad hoc projects as requested by the Director of Sales
