We don’t just want a copywriter. No, no, no. We have great people, amazing technology and happy customers. So we need a storyteller. This storyteller must be a prosaic, prolific writer with a journalist’s ability to dig into meaty topics, uncovering the stories and pearls of wisdom that our customers care about. This company is filled to brim with knowledge. Your job will be to find, write and share it with the world - directly and via our sales, PEM and marketing teams.

The Storyteller will work with our Content Marketing manager and Marketing Communications team to identify opportunities where we can add meaningful data, insights and expertise to the conversations. You will then research and report on these topics - creating assets including blog posts, whitepapers, social media posts, email copy, and visuals (video, infographics, slides, etc), as well as engaging on these topics on other sites. This role is critical to our Content Marketing strategy and will have unique access to people and data at one of the hottest companies in Silicon Valley.

Copywriter abilities with a journalism mentality who will hunt for interesting angles and help us share them with the world

Write, edit, post content and copy

Communicate with Content Marketing manager to coordinate concept, copy, interface, graphic design and navigational structure of project with functional aspects

Disciplinary focus on developing compelling creative ranging from websites to online media

Create and maintain content calendar and ensure others meet their deadlines

Measure and analyze engagement and consumption

Monitor media for topics, opportunities and BloomReach mentions daily

Listen and engage via social media channels to fill content calendar ideas, participate in the conversation and propagate our content

Photography and/or video experience is a plus

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Journalism, English or Communications

At least 5 years of copywriting/editorial experience in journalism, advertising or marketing environment

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Analytical skills a plus for both understand our business/tech and reporting results

Highly organized
