It is the primary responsibility of the Stove Cleaner - Diablo’s Cantina to perform cleaning duties under the supervision of the Assistant Executive Steward. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Monte Carlo policies, practices, and procedures.
Specific Job Functions:
Cleaning lower stove areas such as grills, hoods, ovens, stove tops and deep fryers.
