Job Summary: Create new business opportunities for the Auction.com Real Estate team, developing relationships with financial institutions and commercial real estate owners and brokers while performing the functions outlined below.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, prospecting new business, sales, and other matters related to new revenue generation through the real estate marketplace.
Maintain relationships with financial institutions, real estate owners and brokers to provide existing and new listings to upcoming auction events.
Conduct onsite meetings/sales presentations with financial institutions, real estate owners and investment firms.
Provide market feedback to leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, and generate new business and project development ideas.
Prepare sales presentations for one-on-one meetings, conferences and webinars.
Act as a conduit between Auction.com Operations & VIP Sales teams and the broker and/or seller.
Monitor all l auctions and maintain strong understanding of sales results for various asset classes across designated sales region when your customers are involved
Understand all aspects of auction process including marketing, legal, IT and client management.
Work closely with management team and marketing department to maximize effectiveness of presentations and meetings.
Providing client support and education of the auction process.

Education and Experience:
Minimum of five years of work experience, preferably in real estate or sales
Prior sales related experience with regional or national real estate firm preferred
Experience working in sales oriented environment without guidance
50-75% travel is required
