Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc is currently seeking a Strategic Account Manager.
The position is responsible for maintaining and developing sales and profit objectives in assigned Regional Business Unit. The incumbent will develop and generate business in existing and new accounts.
Identify, qualify, and visit major account prospects and customers within the Regional Business Unit.
Accountable for analysis of customer needs, developing solutions, creating proposals, demonstrating product solutions, and negotiating with the customers and prospects.
Create a strategic business development plan covering the level of activities needed in order to meet major account objectives in the assigned Regional Business Unit.
Maintain and generate new major account business within existing customer accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and work processes throughout the selling process.
Produce accurate and timely forecasts as required by management.
Engage in a planned program of self-development and training, ensuring currency in knowledge of products and sales process.
5 – 10 years of work related experience
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, management and organizational skills with a proven track record
Strong business acumen managing to “bottom-line” profitability
Proven track record of having excellent internal and external customer relationships
Effectively exploring alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain all parties’ support and acceptance.
