The Strategic Initiatives Client Delivery Project Manager manages the relationship and the project delivery for assigned clients. Clients may include any potential client that falls under strategic initiatives, including corporate wellness clients or hospital systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serves as primary point of contact with client for overall delivery of project
• Follows up with potential clients to determine needs and next steps
• Works closely with EVP, Strategic Initiatives on client contracts, including pricing and scope of services
• Project manages HDL services for employee wellness projects, including on-site screenings, wellness program roll-out, delivery of reports and any other client engagement deliverable
• Creates and distributes check list for all new client engagements
• Manages internal HDL channels for project delivery, including coordination with IT, billing, client services, health coaching, and data reporting
• Identifies and resolves any problems or issues in delivery of project
• Takes initiative to recommend improved processes for project delivery
• Communicates project status with team members and stakeholders
• Maintains regular communications with client
• Participates in strategic initiatives meetings
• Strong emphasis as a team player that thrives in a team environment
• Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing team environment with efficiency, accuracy and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills; must be able to handle multiple priorities, demonstrate flexibility with required change
• A working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office products to include: Microsoft Windows OS, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
• Adhere to HDL’s Health and Safety Guidelines. HDL has established Health and Safety guidelines for the protection of each individual working in the laboratory. Training is provided annually and review is provided as need during staff and team meetings
• Adhere to HIPAA guide lines to protect patient confidentiality
• The Strategic Initiatives Client Service Coordinator assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the EVP, Strategic Initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education includes a bachelor's degree
• Successful track record of client management and project management within the healthcare and related fields
• 10 years of client management and project management experience
• 5 years of experience in healthcare, wellness or related field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer proficiency, attention to details, accuracy, organizational skills, and verbal communication skills
