The Strategic Initiatives Project Manager will manage strategic business planning development, program analysis, and direct the tactical launch of new programs and services within the department. The position will work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross functional teams to achieve project milestones, resolve barriers and ensure appropriate resources to support project goals. The position will be responsible to develop, evaluate and report the results of after action reviews to identify process improvements, efficiencies, and strategies to support the successful launch and start-up of new businesses and products and services. This role requires strong influencer and negotiator skills, entrepreneurial bent and strong drive to achieve results while working in a diplomatic and practical manner.

This role requires a minimum of two years project management experience and a bachelor's degree in Business with a strategic planning focus. Project management, six sigma and experience with working within a matrix and/or cross functional organization is preferred.
